The first lead is free. After that you prepay credit and we debit one lead at a time, priced by the job and how ready the homeowner is. We'll confirm the exact numbers with you before you spend anything, and there's no subscription on top.

Is the lead really exclusive?

Yes. One installer per job. We don't sell the same lead to anyone else, which is the whole point and the main way we're different from the shared-lead platforms.

What if a lead turns out to be junk?

Flag it within 48 to 72 hours. Clear-cut cases like a dead number, a job outside your area or a duplicate are refunded to your credit automatically. You should never pay for a lead you can't work.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. No minimum term and no subscription. Pause or leave whenever you like, and we refund whatever prepaid credit you have left.

What do you check before sending work?

Your ABN, your ARC or electrical or VBA licence, current public-liability insurance, and your VEU Accredited-Person status if you want rebate jobs. It's a quick check, not a heavy upload, and it's what lets homeowners trust the referral.
