How the model works
You tell us about your place and what you need. We match you with one licensed local, they contact you and quote it, and you decide. It's free for you and there's no obligation. The installers pay us a small fee for the introduction, which is how we keep going without charging homeowners a cent. Because we only get paid when we send a tradie someone genuinely ready, we've got every reason to send good matches rather than noise.
Why the installers do the work
We're not the ones on the tools. The licensed installer does the assessment, the quote and the install, and they carry the licence, insurance and accreditation for it. Our job is the match and the vetting: we check each installer's credentials before they ever see your details, and we keep those checks current, so a lapsed licence pauses someone automatically rather than slipping through.
What we won't do
- No fake reviews. When reviews go up, they're real ones from real customers, or they're not there at all.
- No reselling your details. They go to one matched installer to quote your job, never to marketers or data brokers.
- No ten-calls-from-everyone. One match, not a bidding pit where five strangers ring you at dinner.
